Serve dip with apple and pear slices. Peanut butter can replace almond butter.
Diet Type: Vegetarian
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
  • 1-2 teaspoons skim milk
  • apple and pear slices
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    Place cottage cheese, almond butter and cinnamon or apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.
